We ship via USPS and YunExpress for reliable, tracked delivery.

Address Changes
Need to update your delivery address? Contact us within 24 hours of placing your order at support@mythandmood.com. Once your order is in transit, we cannot modify the address.

Cancellations
To cancel your order, email us within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, orders cannot be canceled as they've entered processing.

Damaged Parcels
If your package arrives damaged, please refuse delivery if possible and contact us immediately. If it was delivered without your presence, reach out to our support team for next steps.
